Article 1 – Returns of Unopened Items:
We only accept returns of items within 14 days of delivery, as indicated by the original tracking information.
Article 2 – Exchanges
We only exchange defective or damaged goods. When you believe a product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at the phone number or email address below and provide product and defect details. We will then provide instructions on how to return the product.
Article 3 – Shipping
In the event that the customer wishes to return a product purchased on the website to the seller for any reason, the customer must inform the seller in advance so that the seller can provide return product-related instructions. If the customer returns the product to the seller on their own initiative, the seller may refuse the package and not proceed with the refund. We are not responsible for any losses or damages that occur during transportation. Article 4 – Process

If the returned item was identified as a gift during the purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. If the item was not identified as a gift during the purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first to give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified that you have returned the item.
Article 6 – Exception to the Right of Withdrawal and Refund
Custom-made items produced according to your specifications from our product catalog are not eligible for return and refund. These items are considered non-refundable or part of a final sale. However, custom-made products are subject to compliance rights as defined in our general terms of sale. The company is not obliged to refund any additional costs if the consumer has expressly chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery method offered by the professional.
